Cute Web Photo Album Builder is a tiny program (totaly freeware) that creates a web page (HTML) containing links to all files found in the specified folder. If images are found, a thumbnail will be generated for each image.

Builds a web page (HTML) that lists files in the specified folder
Thumbnails are automatically generated for images
One or multiple thumbnails can be shown per row
The user can define the thumbnail resolution
The user can define a background image

This program was built using a revolutionary technology from Borland. It does not require being installed or un-installed.
